I was just starting to look at homes, and was only considering moving when I found a house here, and used Zillow to connect with a realtor, who turned out to be Max. From that point forward, things moved quickly: I loved the house I looked at, and found myself needing to get my then-current house ready for sale much faster than I could have possibly expected. Max was helpful at every stage in the process, including how to present the old house, what to fix with/in (including what not to bother with), and arranging for pictures that no doubt wowed potential buyers based on the number of showings that resulted. All the while, things moved forward with the new house, with me closing on it around five weeks after my offer was accepted.With any luck, I'm now in my forever house and won't be buying or selling again anytime soon, but I couldn't be more pleased with the overall results, on both the buy and sell sides.
